"Predatory quotes with hidden cost! I was helped by Shayne, thought I was saving more than 100.00 with switch only to be slapped with a surprise charge on second bill of 2500 youthful driver fee (that they spread over 3-bills). This increased my second bill by more than half of original quote. Called to inquire about charge I never agreed to. Tina was great, indicated Shayne would call back and give more details stating “you should have been notified” but guess what, Shayne never called back. Called Tina back this morning and canceled insurance. Smh. For reference my son is 21, licensed since 15 with only 1 ticket for 5-over limit in his life! My other company gladly took me back, but it felt predatory that I was never informed of this charge! Be careful it’s crazy out here!"

"Zach recently helped my husband and I switch over our home and auto insurance from our previous provider of over 30+ years to State Farm. We had NO idea how much we were OVER paying and how little we were actually being covered. He took the time to thoroughly explain the different coverages and gave us a simplified recommendation that saved us money on both our cars and home. Not only are we saving money but we now have an understanding of what we are actually paying for. We have put this off for over 30 years thinking it would be a long painful process but he had it all handled within minutes. If only we had done this years ago, all the money we could have saved!
